By responding to our request with the hashtag #yesBrynjeofnorway, you accept:

• Brynje of Norway gets a non-exclusive, compensation-free, international right to use all images (hereafter referred to as "the image") to which you have responded with #yesBrynjeofnorway, in marketing and advertising. This includes, but is not limited to: Brynje of Norways website, newsletter, social media, printed material and other customer communication.
• You confirm that you own all rights to the image and that you have permission from persons who may appear in the image to give the right to Brynje of Norway. You also confirm that Brynje og Norway's use of the image does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
• If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from your parents or guardian.
• You release Brynje of Norway from all obligations to pay you, or others, compensation for use of the image.
• If you later want the image removed from our channels, contact us via kundeservice@brynje.no.
