We are looking for an outgoing and reliable store employee with an interest in sales, outdoor activities and good customer experiences. The position is a part-time position (approx. 20 - 50%) which involves working mainly in the afternoons and weekends with opportunities for more work during holidays and in high season. It is important to us that you see the customer's needs and give the customer a unique customer experience. Furthermore, it is important that you are independent, able to see work tasks in busy and quiet periods and have a high work capacity.

You:

  • have a commitment to sales and good customer experiences.
  • work independently, take responsibility and ownership of the store.
  • are proactive, have great work capacity and are able to see work tasks.
  • are outgoing, make people happy and understand customer needs.
  • are reliable, honest, loyal and flexible and want to contribute to a good working environment.
  • are structured and accurate.
  • have experience and interest in outdoor activities, clothing and hiking equipment.

 

Key work tasks

  • Sales and customer advice.
  • Receive goods and pricing in the store and warehouse.
  • Contribute to ensuring that the store always appears tidy and inviting.
  • Participate in the implementation of activities and events in the store.
  • Be a good ambassador for the store and Brynje of Norway.
  • It is a requirement that you can and will work on weekends, holiday periods and during periods of high activity.
