Take good care of your clothes and wear them for as long as possible. The longer you wear our products, the better it is, for the environment and your wallet. We are happy to help with repairs but encourage you to purchase replacement parts and make small repairs yourself. This is often both faster and more cost-effective than sending your garments to us. Reducing transport emissions is also good for the environment.

We will repair or replace garments with manufacturing defects. Please contact us by e-mail and provide the following information:

• Describe the issue with as much detail as possible
• Attach photos of:
  - the whole garment
  - the problem area 
  - the product tag
• Provide purchase details: When and where did you buy the product?
• Provide contact details:
  - Your first and last name
  - Phone number (incl country code)
  - E-mail address
  - Return postal address

Return time

On average our return time is approximately 14 working days, but it may take longer depending on your location, peak demand periods and other factors such as Covid-19.
