Missed deliveries and charges due to incorrect shipping information is the responsibility of the customer. For uncollected parcels or letters sent in return, you will be charged 350 NOK.
Delivery times and costs
Delivery times and costs will vary depending on your location, purchase value and the carrier used. During peak times and holiday periods, expect 2-4 days longer delivery time. Our prices and delivery costs are in Norwegian Kroner (NOK). For an idea of how this translates to your local currency, try an online currency converter.

- Free deliveries on orders over 1750 NOK. A delivery charge of 149 NOK will be applied to orders below 1750 NOK
- 4-7 business days
Separate shipping agreements apply to B2B customers.
Order & Delivery
- Register your name and address and create an account before you start shopping.
- Place your order with us by adding the product(s) you intend to purchase to your online shopping basket. Choose the option of registering a customer account, or proceed to payment without registering an account.
- After submitting your online order, you will receive an automated email confirmation with your order number, total amount payable and your selected payment method (Paypal, VIPPS or credit/debit card)
- Your order can always be tracked
- Orders containing multiple items that include products temporarily out of stock, will be divided into two shipments, with the in-stock items sent to you first. To avoid delays and double shipments, we recommend checking that products are in stock before ordering.
- If you have any problems ordering or have questions related to your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
- In the event that your product arrives in a faulty or damaged condition, please notify us promptly (the same day if possible) so we can assist you with next steps. We will ask you to supply us with photos of the faulty item in order to agree a replacement or refund
